Ranchi: A meeting of the legislature wing of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha was held at the residence of Chief Minister Hemant Soren before the start of the Budget Session. During the meeting, the Chief Minister asked the MLAs of the party to strongly reply over the misleading and fake allegations of the opposition.
He said that the ministers and MLAs should keep themselves updated over the works done in the last two years and keep the same properly in the house. Highlighting the challenges of the two years the Chief Minister said that apart from tackling Covid-19 the exchequer was also empty. He said that the previous BJP government had made loans the source of income and had mislead the people.
The Chief Minister said that even the desired cooperation which Jharkhand should have got is not being received. The state is also not receiving its dues from CCL and GST compensation and accused the centre of being biased towards Jharkhand. He asked the MLAs to focus on the achievements of the last two years and asked them to highlight in the house as to how by establishing coordination between resources and opportunities the state government is trying to give a new direction to Jharkhand.
