Gangtok: The Chief Minister PS Tamang, called Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya,on Saturday at Raj Bhawan, here.
CM Tamang wished happy Navratri to the Governor.He also apprised the Governor about the natural disaster and the present situation. He also brought home to him the steps being taken by the State for relief ,rehabilitation and safety.
‘Due to blessings of Goddess Bhawani, Sikkim will again be devoid of problems. New day will dawn and Sikkim will once again rise up as a new bright star in the world,’ said the Governor.
Subsequently the Governor Acharya visited Thakurbari temple in the heart of the town and offered pujas.He was conducted around by Gangtok MLA YT Lepcha and Councillor Sandeep Malu.
