Patna: The special Court on Monday hearing the matters of MPS and MLAs exonerated former MLA Anant Singh of Mokama Assembly Constituency in want of evidence in connection with the case related to attempt to murder and obstructing governments functioning.
Special judge Vinay Prakash Tiwari after hearing the matter exonerated the former MLA in connection with the case lodged in the year 2003.
The case was related to shootout between two groups on the issue of tender at Mahendru Ghat Railway office under Pirbahor police station area on February 28, 2033. The case was lodged at Pirbahor police station area in this connection.
