Imphal: Manipur government has appointed IPR Director H Balkrishna, MCS as Nodal Officer for the Jawaharlal Institute of Medical Sciences (JNIMS) to assist the existing team at JNIMS of oxygen supply management.
He will closely monitor demand, supply/production, stock, and option utilization of oxygen at the Hospital and identify bottlenecks in capacity enhancement, among others, said a statement by the Department of Personnel, Government of Manipur here on Wednesday.
Directing him to immediately report to the Director (JNIMS) and physical station at the hospital for the same purpose, the statement further said that Balkrishna, also Director, Fishery, will liaise closely with Nidhi Kesarwani, IAS, Commissioner-cum-Secretary on matters relating to oxygen supply, said the statement.
