Itanagar: As many as 231 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in Arunachal Pradesh in the last 24 hours, taking the state’s infection tally to 32,923.
Out of the new positive cases, Itanagar Capital Complex reported the highest at 56, followed by Changlang and East Siang 27 each and West Kameng 26, as per the bulletin issued by the state Directorate of Health Services.
Barring 87, all the patients are asymptomatic.
On a positive note, 229 patients were discharged in the last 24 hours, taking the total recoveries to 30,163.
Active cases stood at 2,601. Death toll at 159.
