Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Covid-19 infection tally rose to 49,441 as 238 people tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
Out of the new positive cases, Itanagar Capital Complex reported the highest at 80, followed by Lower Subansiri 47 and Papum Pare 18, as per the bulletin issued by the state Directorate of Health Services.
Of these, 147 patients are asymptomatic and 91 symptomatic.
According to the bulletin, 349 patients were discharged in the last 24 hours, taking the total recoveries to 45,979. The recovery rate is over 93.
Active cases tally stands at 3,226. Death toll at 236.
