Around 13 people were injured in Khagariya bomb blasts

Khagaria: Around 13 people were injured in serial bomb blasts near a bus stand in Bihar’s Khagariya district, police said on Friday.

Around four to five bombs exploded one by one near the Bakdi bus stand under the Khagariya police station area on Thursday night. The explosions happened when the rag pickers kept the sack, in which they had collected the rags, in their dwelling, Around 13 people were injured, including two seriously.

The injured were admitted to a local hospital. The two seriously injured rag pickers were sent to Bhagalpur. Police superintendent Amitesh Kumar said here on Friday that all aspects of the incident were being investigated.
