Patna: Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey on Saturday said devotees would get all medical facilities at the Shravani fair, with arrangements being already made for the availability of doctors and medicines in three districts during the month-long event.
The fair was being organized for the first time after the Covid19 pandemic, said Pandey here, adding that medical facilities were being arranged in three districts namely Banka, Bhagalpur, and Munger.
He said it is expected that a large number of devotees would be visiting Deoghar and in view of this the Bihar government has made elaborate arrangements on the Kanwriya route from Sultanganj.
Camps were being installed at various places on the Kanwriya route where doctors along with nurses and paramedical staff would be deployed.
He said 24 health camps were being set up in Banka, 11 in Bhagalpur, and 13 in Munger.
The health minister said his department was alert and Covid guidelines would be followed at the fair.
