Hyderabad: About 600 Agniveers and 300 soldiers of Artillery Centre Hyderabad on Saturday participated in the Mini Marathon with zeal and fervour, organised as part of 75th Army Day Celebrations.
The event, organized by Artillery Centre, was aimed at igniting the Never Say Die Spirit and fitness oriented lifestyle by regular physical activity and running.
The Mini Marathon started from iconic Makhan Singh Athletics Stadium to cover a total distance of 10 Km enjoying the morning serenity & greenery inside the Artillery Centre.
The entire event was well organised & culminated with all participants completing the Marathon.
The event not only reignited a deep sense of patriotism amongst participants but also added a new craze that combines fitness with fun. It culminated with group singing of National Anthem by the participants.
