MLA Meghachandra unveils 100 bedded Community Home for Covid patients

One ambulance will be on standby for the requirement of the people of Wangkhem Assembly constituency, said Meghachandra.

Imphal: Congress leader and Wangkhem Assembly constituency MLA Keisham Meghachandra Thursday opened a 100 bedded Community Home Isolation Centre for the Covid-19 positive patients at Yairipok Bishnunaha.

One ambulance will be on standby for the requirement of the people of Wangkhem Assembly constituency, said Meghachandra.

Covid-19 Management Committee, 32 Wangkhem AC was formed under the guidelines of the State Health Department, Government of Manipur to manage the said Centre.

MLA Meghachandra also assigned 17 persons including one convenor and 16 members for smooth and effective functioning of the Community Centre. They are: Gaihem Palmei, Convenor, Kh Premnath Singh, K Kaminikumar Singh, M Ingobi Singh, K Rupachandra Singh, Ak Romesh Singh, O Jitendra Singh, L Brojendro Singh, K Rajo Singh, Ksh Bishworjit Singh, Md Zasir, Md Tomba, L Rajen Singh, M Subhash Singh, L Subhachandra Singh, Md Warish and Md Feroz Khan as members.
