Tengnoupal: The District Administration, Tengnoupal today organised the district-level Jan Sammelan-cum-Launch Event of the Viksit Bharat–Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) (VB-G RAM-G) at DC office Conference Hall, Tengnoupal.
The launch event was attended by Muhammad Asghar Arzad, Addl. Deputy Commissioner, Moreh, Md. Nazmul Huda Khan, SDO/BDO, Tengnoupal and Machi, Village chief and others. During the programme, a work programme which has created under VB-G RAM G Act, 2025, work orders were given to one individual each from Tengnoupal and H. Wajang villages by the dignitaries.
The Addl. Deputy Commissioner stressed that planning and implementation of works would be carried out through the village authorities and urged them to prioritise projects within their
respective jurisdictions to make Tengnoupal a prosperous district. He urges the public to extend cooperation in fulfilling Vikshit Bharat 2047 possible.
Viksit Bharat – G RAM G has 125 days of Guaranteed Wage Employment, Stronger provision for unemployment allowance, Timely wage payment and delay compensation under Viksit Gram Panchayat Plan by Gram Sabha. The daily wage under the scheme has been enhanced to ₹300.
