Shillong: A special edition of the “Sundays on Cycle” initiative was organised at the State Central Library, Shillong on May 31, 2026, under the Fit India Movement, in collaboration with Khelo India and the Sports Authority of India (SAI), to promote fitness, healthy living, and community participation.

The event was attended by Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Hon’ble Union Minister for Youth Affairs & Sports, Raksha Nikhil Khadse, Hon’ble Minister of State for Youth Affairs & Sports, and Wailadmiki Shylla, Hon’ble Sports and Youth Affairs Minister of Meghalaya, along with other dignitaries and hundreds of cycling enthusiasts.
