Imphal: Assam Rifles recovered two Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) on Thursday, during an Area Domination Patrol (ADP) near the Moreh Bypass.
The team during the patrol observed a green-colored electric wire concealed in the bushes next to a culvert.
The team immediately cordoned the area, and an exhaustive search including the use of an Explosive Detection Dog was carried out resulting in the recovery of two IEDs.
The IEDs are being handed over to Manipur Police, according to a press note from the PRO, IGAR(S).
