Chennai: The Southern Railway on Monday announced changes in the pattern of train services in view of the accident near Vizianagaram in Andhra Pradesh.
A Southern Railway release here said due to a train accident between Alamanda and Kankatapalli in the Visakhapatnam – Bhubaneswar section of Waltair Division in East Coast Railway on Sunday night, the following changes are effected in the pattern of train services.
Train No 22860 Dr MGR Chennai Central – Puri Weekly Express scheduled to depart at 16.25 hrs today 30th October 2023 is fully canceled.
Train No. 12842 Dr. MGR Chennai Central – Coromandel Express scheduled to leave at 07.00 hrs is rescheduled to leave at 12.00 hrs ( late by 5 hours)
Train no. 13352 Allapuzha – Dhanbad Express is scheduled to leave at 06.00 hrs on 30th October 2023 is rescheduled to leave at 10.00 hrs ( late by 4 hours)
