Kohima: Despite growing opposition from tribal bodies in Eastern Nagaland to participating in the polls, in support of the Eastern Nagaland People’s Organization (ENPO), the Eastern Nagaland Legislator’s Union (ENLU) has decided to contest the February 27 state assembly polls.

A joint statement issued by ENLU said that it had adopted the resolution at its emergency meeting held on Sunday, which was attended by the 20 legislators of eastern Nagaland.
