Kakinada:Kakinada district Collector Kritika Sukla has said that fool proof arrangements were being made for the Andhra Pradesh Public service commission(APPSC) Group –I screening test scheduled to be held on January 8.
Reviewing the arrangements with the district officials at a special meeting held at the Collectorate here on Tuesday, she said as many as 4,782 candidates would be appearing for the test being conducted in seven exam centers located in Surampalem Aditya educational institute premises.
The test would be conducted from 10 am to 12 noon in the morning session and 2 pm to 4 pm in the evening session. Exam center room code , seating details should be displayed clearly for the convenience of the candidates.
Seating arrangements should be made for the blind and the disabled on the ground floor, she added.
The Collector further said that except hall ticket, identity card and ball pen other articles such as smart watch and calculator and other electronic gadgets would not be allowed under any circumstances.
District Revenue officer K. Sridhar Reddy, District agricultural officer Vijayakumar ,Animal husbandry officer Dr Suryaprakash, Social welfare officer J.Ranga Lakshmi Devi, District Panchayat Officer R. Victor were among those attended.
