Gangtok: Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM), has strongly condemned the statement given by MLA Pawan Chamling, former CM, to his party members in his routine weekly interview.
”People of Sikkim now feel deceived after voting (SKM to power). They want to restore Sikkim from ‘Goley’s team. I am with the people of Sikkim, to help them do so,” stated Chamling in his interview.
The people of Sikkim, have accepted SKM Govt in all Six Districts. He has come down from the Chief Ministerial position to MLA. And has not even attended Assembly session in the interest of the public,’ said Birendra Tamling, SKM publicity wing, here on Tuesday.
Chamling’s allegations are also condemnable. He has alleged Chief Minister brought weapons from Bodoland,’ added Tamling.
MLA Pawan Chamling, stated, ‘I have a sense of suspicion that his( Present CM’s) party members are there in Bodoland. He made 3 trips, there is possibility that his cavalcade used to import arms & ammunition from there!’
Reacting strongly to it ruling SKM, said ” Chamling has no right to mislead public by his concocted stories and scare them. His allegations are just fibs and unsubstantiated.”
However, with almost two more years to go for elections, the political parties are digging at each other.
