Imphal: In continuation with the efforts of Assam Rifles to reach out to the local populace, Churachandpur Battalion under the aegis of IGAR(South) conducted a Medical Camp under Assam Rifles Civic Action Programme in the border village of Tuidam, Churachandpur district on November 17,2022.
On the occasion of National Epilepsy Day on 17 November, the medical camp was organised by the medical team of Churachandpur Battalion. The Medical Camp commenced by raising awareness on Epilepsy and its symptoms, causes & management.
Medical team of Assam Rifles conducted health check-ups of 140 villagers of Tuidam and adjoining border villages to assess their health status and provided necessary medical care, said a press release from procell,IGAR(S).
