Senapati: The District Administration, Senapati organised District Hill Leaders Day and Meeyamgi Numit Friday for the month of October at Multipurpose Hall, Mini Secretariat, Senapati.
In today’s programme, Chief Minister N. Biren Singh visited the District Hill Leaders Day & Meeyamgi Numit and distributed 23 agricultural kits such as knapsack sprayer, maize seed, mustard seed, and pea seed and 11 Manipur Old Age Pension card to the beneficiaries.
Various facilities like screening of non-Communicable disease and Covid vaccination were also provided.
It may be also mentioned that Meeyamgi Numit is the initiative of CM to reach out service at the doorstep to the people of Manipur.
It is also a platform to hear the grievances of the people and dispose of them at the earliest. Meeyamgi Numit is held on every 3rd Friday of the month and if the general holiday falls on Friday, it will be on Thursday.
