Imphal: A combined team of Thoubal police commandos and a column of 39 Assam Rifles arrested one active cadre of KCP (N from near a waiting shed of Langthabal Village, Thoubal on March 16 at around 1.30pm.
The cadre has been identified as a self-styled army no 528, Huidrom Nongpokngakpa Singh alias James Singh (21 years) son of H Sanajaoba Singh of Seijang Mayai Leikai, Imphal East.
The arrested person was handed over to Khongjom Police Station for further legal action and a case has been registered at the same police station.
