Imphal: Manipur registered five new positive cases, nil Covid-related deaths, and three recoveries, in the last 24 hours leading up to 5 pam of Saturday, as per an official release from the Health Department.
Of the five persons who tested from the general population, two are from Chandel and one each from Imphal East, Imphal West and Kakching. A total of 242 were tested amounting to a positivity rate of 2.1 %.
Meanwhile, three persons recovered from home isolation and were discharged. The recovery rate in the state now stands at 98.42%
The cumulative number of positive cases in the state now stands at 1, 37, 190out of which 1, 35, 019 have recovered leaving 51 active cases.
The total number of doses administered on April 15, is 68, the cumulative number of doses administered is 28,11,502 (1st dose 15,49, 661, 2nd dose 11,91,893) and precautionary dose 69,948.
