Imphal: A team of NAB, Manipur along with teams of Sugnu Police Station and Chakpikarong Police Station arrested one person namely Bengam Nula (45yrs), son of late Volhluwng Nula, resident of Chakpikarong Village, Chandel District, Manipur from Toupokpi Central, Chandel Road, Chandel and seized 73 soap cases containing suspected heroin powder No. 4 (approximate weight 912 grams), Tuesday at around 12:40 pm while conducting random checking of suspected persons
The arrested person along with the seized items was handed over to Chakpikarong Police Station and a case has been registered in this regard for further investigation.
