Mon starts Covidshield vaccination for frontline workers

Till date, a total of 617 public healthcare workers from across the District have been administered with the first dose of Covishield Vaccine.

Kohima:  DC Mon Thavaseelan K IAS on Monday started the Covishield vaccination drive for the frontline workers by being the first Administrator to be administered with the first dose of the vaccine in the Office of DC, Mon.

The drive so far has witnessed 25 sessions of vaccination across the District with each session accommodating 100 beneficiaries. The beneficiaries for the vaccine include District Administration and Staffs, private healthcare workers, police personnel and other frontline workers.

Till date, a total of 617 public healthcare workers from across the District have been administered with the first dose of Covishield Vaccine.
