Hamirpur (HP): Two persons, one each from Kangra and Shimla district lost their lives due to the COVID-19 and 96 new cases were detected in Himachal Pradesh on Sunday.
A spokesman of the HP health department told UNI that 210 older cases were also cured and were advised to observe the COVID guidelines in totality for their own welfare and wellbeing.
He said that the number of active cases on Sunday stood at 1,633 and that of the total fatalities at 3,595.
The spokesman said that the cured percentage in the state stood at 97.55 pc on Sunday and it was increasing day by day.
