Imphal: Thoubal Khunou becomes the first village to be fully vaccinated with 1st dose in Wangkhem Assembly constituency of Manipur’s Thoubal district.
K. Meghachandra, MLA of Wangkhem Assembly Constituency, claimed this while inspecting the 2nd dose vaccination drive held at Thoubal Khunou village and Babu Bazar on Thursday.
Thoubal Khunou has around 825 voters, said the office of Meghachandra.
The MLA appreciated the activities of the Covid-19 Task Force, Thoubal Khunou and the District Administration, Thoubal.
The lawmaker further informed that vaccination is the best way to protect lives from the Covid-19. He also appealed to all to get vaccinated as soon as possible to fight against the deadly disease.
