64 new cases under COVID observation in Nagaland

Nagaland currently has 1,004 active cases COVID-19, with 74 admitted to various COVID hospitals and 930 under home isolation at present.

Kohima: Nagaland witnessed a continuous decline in the number of new Corona infected cases at 64 Thursday which took the cases tally to 25, 727 patients so far.

According to a Nagaland Health Department bulletin Friday, among the 64 fresh COVID cases Thursday , the new cases were detected from all nine districts of Nagaland with 21 cases reported from Kohima, 18 in Mokokchung, 12 in Dimapur, five in Mon, three in Peren, two in Longleng, one in Tuensang, one in Wokha and one in Zunheboto, taking the total caseload to 25,727.

A total of 125 people recovered from the disease and the total recovery in the state at 23,501 and the daily sample positivity rate was 6.70%. Nagaland currently has 1,004 active cases COVID-19, with 74 admitted to various COVID hospitals and 930 under home isolation at present.

No deaths were reported from any part of the state Friday stagnating the death toll at 505 with no fatalities reported even Thursday.
