14 TDP MLAs, rebel YSRCP legislator suspended from AP Assembly

Finance and Legislative Affairs Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy suggested to the Speaker that the TDP MLAs should be suspended as they are obstructing the proceedings of the house.

Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Assembly Speaker Tammineni Sitaram suspended 14 opposition Telugu Desam party MLAs and one YSRCP rebel MLA for the day for disrupting the proceedings of the house on Thursday.


Finance and Legislative Affairs Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy suggested to the Speaker that the TDP MLAs should be suspended as they are obstructing the proceedings of the house.


The Speaker suspended K Atcchannaidu, N Balakrishna, B Ashok, Adireddy Bhavani, Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary, Nimmakayala Chinarajappa, Ganababu, Payyavula Keshav, Gadde Rammohan, Nimmala Ramanaidu, Manten Ramaraju, Gottipati Ravikumar, Yeluri Sambashiva Rao, and Dola Bala Veeranjaneya Swamy.


Sitaram also suspended the ruling YSRCP rebel woman legislator Undavalli Sridevi.
