Imphal: At least 13 people suspected to be cadres of a Manipur based militant outfit were killed by unknown persons at Leithao village in Tengnoupal District on Monday, police said.
Police said a combined force rushed to the spot and a case has been registered and investigation is going on.
Police also seized three carbine, mortar, detonator and ammunitions in separate operations.
In another operation a militant was also nabbed.
