Panaji: Goa Forward Party (GFP) President Vijay Sardesai on Friday accused the Trinamool Congress of intruding on Goan families for data and trying to split votes to help the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

In a tweet, the former Deputy Chief Minister also alleged that the West Bengal-based party was using Goa as a lab for an experiment.

”CAMPAIGN FIRM OR SPYING OUTFIT? Who’ll use the huge data IPAC has collected of lakhs of Goemkars by registering them though three non-existent ‘gifts’? Why a regional party based in Bengal needs information of Goan women and youth? ”What is the real aim of IPAC? Goa wants to know! So, Goa is a lab and Goemkars are guinea pigs!

That’s why SushmitaDevAITC says they’ve nothing to lose in Goa. Using IPAC they’ve intruded on Goan families for data, tried to split votes to help BJP4Goa, imported outsiders to change social structure, all for an experiment!” Sardesai said.

Before the GFP forged an alliance with the Congress, Sardesai showed keen interest in having a tie-ip with the Trinamool and batted for unity of opposition parties to defeat the BJP.
