Imphal: According to the statement issued by the Superintendent, State Archaelogy, Government of Manipur, a number of NGOs/Local Clubs are expected to visit Kangla for lighting of Torch.
Five representatives from each organization shall be allowed to enter from all the 3 (three) main Gates of Kangla on the March 18-19, 2022 from 7 am to 4 pm with subject to following the norms/regulations of COVID-19 appropriate behaviors in the view of the up-coming Yaoshang Festival, 2022.
However, loud speakers and vehicles will not be permitted inside the Kangla
